  • I like the lego lights!

  • @untensil

    Thanks

  • also you could try it with the blacked out windows so it wont be realy bright

  • @gtacrusher123

Yeah, but you would be lighting up the mechanism, which is why it's blacked out.

  • or you could buy led strip lights of 24 for about £1 on ebay from hong kong

  • have you ever thought of putting led's in any of your trains so it has inside carrige lighting

  • @gtacrusher123

Yes i have, but with the Bachmann DMU's, it would be a huge job, changing all the glass so it wasn't blacked out, and then, if there was lighting, it would illuminate the motor and gears in the driving car.

The only suitable train therefore would be my GNER.

The cost of the lighting is also very high, a 7 car GNER all fitted with coach lighting would cost about £30.

  • cool lego light

  • @gtacrusher123

    Thanks

  • great vid, looks like you sold this for the XC one?

  • @itgamer100

    Thank you.

Yes, i changed my Virgin Voyager to an XC Super Voyager.

  • Cool video is the light made with some bits of lego? Just it looks like the lego canister bricks

  • @1manandhisdogpics

The light shades are yes, they create a very nice yellow light, not as harsh as the White produced by the bulb, so it creates a softer station light.
