  • This is around the time I was born and in the town I was born in :D Still love 'em

  • mike was about 18 in this o.o

  • the original guitarist was so bad even on the albums....

  • wow.... mike playing finger bass instead of picking... that is so freaking hard lol

  • Damn, look at Mike's Rancid T-shirt, with the logo from their first record! This is raw shit man, thanks for uploading!

  • Thanks for uploading!

  • Wow. Punkinatcha at its best!!

  • Wow thanks for posting this!

  • Fuck man, mike looks really big here because his clothes are like 10 sizes too big XD still really fucking kickass though.

  • Ahah, back when Mike had the stage presence of a drunken sailor. :P<333

  • Mike should start a band with Lars Frederiksen called 'Hog For the Spotlight.'

  • @Gzusizlord well that's what happens when ya get old. haha. at least we still have pennywise.

  • God, I miss the 90's!! Just look at his baggy pants and his wristband :D

  • I think mike forgot the part of the second verse and repeated like half of the first. But who cares they're still the best band in the world!!!!! And Andy is better than Tom.

  • @Mrsamlki it was nice to see tom come into his own though. considering he joined mxpx having never played the guitar, it's not all bad. heh

  • this is what made me love mxpx R.I.P. 2010

  • when mike stopped playing finger bass their sound thinned out!!

  • lol back when mike didn't use a pick! haha

great song! i wish i had gotten into them earlier cuz i would have loved to be at this show!!

  • pokinatcha was one of the first albums i got way back when i was like 12. this takes me back...mxpx was and is amazing!

  • where the frig did this come from?, epic epic epic!!! wow!!!!!

  • hah!! this is sick man! imo the best song off their best cd!!! they tore it up here!

  • look at the foot step.. cool

  • Amazing.

  • D: Andy was actually boring! Tom rulez!

  • @Skarela: Andy boring? Well just to let you know it was THIS MxPx (Magnified Plaid) that I fell in love with when I first heard "Pokinatcha" and that was all the way back in 1994. This is my first time seeing Andy in action and now I know why I liked Andy's sound....he played with his wrist! As far as I know (and correct me if I'm wrong), Tom has always played with his arm. I'll take Johnny Ramone over Billy Joe of Green Day

  • xD Whoa! Mike is a great dancer! MxPx rulez! Mike Herrera is the best bass player in the world! :D

  • he is awesome but i have to say Dan Andriano is the best

  • give up ethical values? How has he givin up anything? Just because he grew up? Go to a MxPx show now days and he still gives the same amount of enthusiasm as 94 and 95, Just because the music evolved into more commercial rock doesn't mean he's lost his ethics, those are the same ethics that drove him to the point hes at now and the point he goes from here. He can't act like a kid all his life, and punk rock logic doesn't have a definition. Same mindset in new songs like contention and shit...

  • I'd like to see more from this gig. Put the whole thing up at Vimeo!

You guys have to remember this was 15-16 years ago. They were kids then.

  • Mike Herrera before 1998 = punk rocker

    Mike Herrera after 1998 = a freekin pop cow-boy

  • haha this guy... mikes punk for life homie

  • Very, very, very sick!

  • Man, Mike used to be such a punk. I wonder what happened.

  • He's still punk.

  • He surely doesn't show it.

  • what are you talking about?? have you heard the LCP Ep??

  • He probly grew up. I appreciate all this old stuff but to really be "punk" for the sake of being "punk", that's pretty ignorant. Wouldn't you agree?

  • I totally agree. However, I think it's the ethics of punk rock that really make the punk. The way I see it, it's fairly shameful to give up those ethical values.

  • back when they were fast!
