  • whats a bobber

  • NICE!!!! Getting my shadow soon. Tips?

  • I want 1

  • The only thing i HATE about it is that Honda made these little turds a 4 speed... The little v twin engine really needs another gear.. I wish Honda would go back to making wonderful CB's and all the Jap companys stop trying to copy Harley Davidson for fuck sake!! If you want a damn Harley buy a damn Harley!!

  • @randylucky You think it's easy for all the hardcore biker boys to dump money into a harley and parts in japan, and taiwan or wherever? They make bikes to appeal to everyone. Why would you even complain? Makes no sense.

  • @zymuur it does make sense you have to look at the big picture of the motorcycle industry and not the narrow minded view of just some guy that cant afford a Harley. The golden age of Honda dominating the motorcycle industry is over for sure.

  • @randylucky I'm not even a honda fan. I'm trying to get a screamin eagle vrod. I'm just saying, that in asia, they like the look, not neccessarily the bike. And they are low budget over there, some people have lots to dump into bikes, but they'd rather have something from their country. Just like us.

  • @zymuur I love Hondas! I love all bikes! Man who cares just get your ass out there and ride.

  • @randylucky Yeah me too, I mean I have my preferences. But anyone who takes time to put money and effort in creating a bike they like be it a scooter, or a old dirtbike. It's still a bike, they are all fun to ride and mess around on.

  • nice bike

  • real nice! what year is it?

  • 22ago fuck usa and those mother fuckers gringos hahaha....

  • I really like the headlight vizor... looks good. And the souns is excellent too.

The turn signals also serve as the brake lights?

  • GRAFFDEMON USA, USA, USA! Be patriot!

  • @22ago Im Scottish, not American lol!

  • That looks like its sitting low.. Thats how i like em. Question, did you just remove the rear fender and put on a smaller seat or did you actually chop it at all? I have a bike and im trying to give it the bobber feel but im not trying to cut it up. thanks brother

  • Daaaaam that sounds fucken beautiful!!!!

  • HD is a HD. No fakes!

  • @22ago Fuck off, all bikes have their merits.

  • Suh-weet Azz Fork!

  • looks! incredible

  • check out my custom honda shadow!!!

  • I wish this bike was mine....

  • first off that bike does not sound like a harley davidson. because nothing sounds like a harley davidson, but a harley davidson. not saying yours doesnt sound good, it sounds like IMO a bike is supposed to sound( loud pipes save lives right?), but drilling out the baffles will slowly detune your engine over time. id either get it retuned or just get some new pipes

  • Very nice lookin bike man. Well done! Love the white walls and the headlight.

  • nice tidy bike bro, well done...

  • i bought this bike last summer and i still love riding it everyday!!

  • i would give anything to own that

  • gmj

  • very nice man! love it!

  • @cdhrusso1

that is so true...i travel a lot and 100% of the time i see on the freeway stranded are HD. They are nice bikes but with the price tag like that...shouldn't they make it more reliable and not focus too much on the exhaust noise?

  • nice ride

  • how much ?

  • What it sell for $?

  • I think Honda was sued for using the same measurments as harley in this motor...sounds just like a harley POTA-TO POTA-TO....

  • @paraglidermx It was the rebel 450 that they got sued over which is why it was only made for 2 years.

  • sounds like a harley, but its not its a frucking honda

  • What jet kit did you install? Have same bike and problem. Thanks

  • That is the nicest shadow I've ever seen!

  • SWEET!!!!!!

  • Nice job on your bike! your bike inspired me to get a vlx and bob it out! come take a peak if you like! great job you did!!

  • Comment removed

  • hey man, where are you from?

  • I want to build one now..

  • Dream ride!

  • nice bike man nice clean look was wondering where you picked up the head light?

  • Very nice

  • Sick man. What year is that?

  • did you sell it yet? where is it located? I am interested.

    thanks - matt

  • "sounds like a Harley" is what your description says...

  • posted on my blog hellonwheelskustom.blogspot

  • Love your bike planing on making one soon, where or how did you make the headlight?

  • is this original body frame??

  • @ivozig Yes, the frame is original, but he cut the seat mounting brackets off the are located above the rear wheel. Google "Blue Collar Bobbers," they make some great kits for bobbing metric cruisers and Sportsters.

  • did you paint te white walls , i just bought new tires and due to urgency i couldnt get white walls, can it be done ?

  • Clever way to get the bike street legal with those flashers.

Discret clean and neat ! Great job !

  • This is the bike I want :) Greeting from Finland

  • Can u please give me the info. on those tires, beautiful bike.

  • how much for the bike an where you located

  • what year is that bad boy?

  • your mom obviously had no time to teach you manners with all the time she spent blowing her brother.

  • this looks gay,you took off the fenders and made a crappy seat way to go.

  • @harabis100 ur a idiot

  • @harabis100 Go back home to mommy on your Italian scooter.

  • By the way,you did a nice job using the original tank and paint.

  • needs a rear fender to complete the look

  • @crackawise no,it doesn't.

When you build a bike, always someone finds it '' incomplete''.Well,I believe it is better without fender. The rest is up to this guy.

  • what you asking for it?

  • What type of tires do u have on there? I am trying to fine some whitewalls myself. Awesome job on the bobber.

  • @fatbeat7 get some tyre paint whitewall your own bud

  • sounds real good with stock exhaust pipes. You must have removed or drilled out the baffles. nice bike for a 600cc

  • Sick bike brother !! It sounds better then Harley !!

  • Beautiful bike. But i wouldent have the guts to ride it without a rear fender :)

  • The bike is really beautiful but pleeeease do not say it sounds like a Harley, please don´t.

  • beauty,,,

  • hello I'm from Brazil and I really liked your bike, very much,

    genuinedre@yahoo.com

  • Nice bike, love the whitewalls..

  • BONITA... BUEN TRABAJO

  • Hey man, where did you get your white walls? And what kind please?

  • I wanted this so bad as a child!

  • what do you recommend for a stretxhed back fork?? i just bought a 86vt 500 and love the back stretched fork look. how did you lengthen the drive shaft? do they sell kits...any help is appreciated..

  • love the bike! just bought a vt 500 myself. looking to put an extended fork on the back like the one you have..any recommendations on which one or wher i should look?? how did you extend the driveshaft for the forks? thanks so much!

  • for sale?

  • Thanks for that info Ken!

  • Hi Ken ?

I love your Bobber bruh. .I ahve a three part question for ya. !. What is the name brand of your white wall tires? 2. Is that a 21" rim on the front? . . .and would those tires fit on a Harley Sportster? Thanks for your time!

  • @iamcoolie

im not 100% sure, but i think he used Maxxis M6011 Classic, probably 170/80-15 in the rear and 100/90-19 front, if he's still got the original front rim.

other white walls are the Dunlop D404 WW, Metzeler ME 880 Whitewall, Avon Venom, Bridgestone Exedra, Conti Milestone Whitewall. Oh and Dunlop has a series especially for Harleys, you could check that out on the site.

    greetz

  • that bike is a beast

  • have you sold the bike

  • best honda bobber ive seen, good job!

  • How long is the drag bar?

  • how much?

  • How much are you selling it for?

  • how much are you looking to get for the bike?

  • How much??

  • did that headlight come with the bike or is it aftermarket?

  • @TheTdizzle13 thats after market. I have a 600VLX myself and the headlights arent the same

  • @TheTdizzle13 ... It is a stock head light. I cut up the orig. rear fender and made a visor for it.

  • oh..and painted the main part black.

  • Is the back frame cut off or is it a new frame?

  • @jomandre ... Back frame was cut off.

  • How Much? thank

    and precious bike

  • THE PRICE?

  • Sounds good :)

  • Awesome sound!!!!!!!!

Can you tell how exactly it 's made?

    How the baffles were drilled?

  • the way that i have seen them done is to measure the end of your tail pipe then go to lowes and get a hole saw for your drill and cut the tips then look at the bottom of your exhaust you should see a circle pressed in to it about half the size of a dime drill it out with a bit the same size as the circle then just pull out the baffles ..good luck

  • That bike a beauty, im so jealous!

How much did you spend on it?

  • do you know what jet kit is in it?

  • @bizzyxoxo Cobra jet kit.

  • I bought this bike. I'll post some more video's of it this spring/summer once the snow melts!

I can also try and answer questions, but since I didn;t build it I wont know everything that the builder did personally!

  • ahah well SICK ASS BIKE! since its yous now

how much you buy it for?

  • thats badass man! exactly what i wanna build.

  • ya bt then he'll loose money and barely get to ride it!

  • Could you tell me where you got that seat? The bike looks great.

  • @skullcrushgear I made the seat out of an old sign. Basic sheet metal, stress cuts, rewelded. and lots of hammering. Then got it upholstered.

  • picasaweb.google.ca/kenhutten/BobberPhotos

  • @kenhutten How much would it cost to turn a Honda Shadow VLX 320 to a Bobber, kind of like yours?

  • Comment removed

  • @kenhutten how much and where are you located

  • Gorgeous freaking bike...

  • Nice bike I'm a female with a Honda spirit 750 2001 can u tell u tell me how to install a bobber seat

  • ive noticed you posted this question a few times with no answer... so i did some research for ya a found a good link.

go to spiritchopshop {dot} com ....under the "chop shop" tab and scroll down to "springer seat mod", it has full detailed instructions with pictures but keep in mind that there will be custom fabrication and drilling to do...maybe some welding or jbweld...spring solo seats are usually custom tailored to each bike...so you might have to modify a few things....good luck

  • @frankiestiletto セナに対するあの態度はなんだ !

  • nice, very nice.....was the bike lowered? if so, how?

  • Comment removed

  • I love it! beautiful bike!

  • 0:15 how much? ;)

  • it looks beautiful it sounds wonderful and it costs nothing.best value for money.great build 5 *

  • what year is it ?

  • how did you remove the rear frame to get the bobber look? How much did that cost?

  • Nice!!!!!!Very Nice!!!!!!!!!

  • google the tires. i made the bars my self so i dont remember how wide.

  • hi do u remember how long the drag bars where 24'' or 36''?i want my 600 to look just like that thks

  • @wildscionkidtc

I know this is months and months later but I just seen this post. The bars are 34'' wide

  • hi can u tell me where u got the maxxis tires??whats the website name??i cant find them anywhere thkss

  • Nice bike, i bet the new owner was stoked.

  • Bike looks and sounds awsome, did you completely drilled out the baffles and what kind of jet kit does it have

  • just the first baffle. 1 3/4" hole saw. goes through two layers, then pull it out with plyers. Pretty sure it was a dynojet kit. ran the recommended needle. made an incredible difference in performance., quite faster. also tweeked a tab on the carb so it shot extra gas in all through out the full throttle twist, and not just the first quarter.. the accelerator pump mod or something its called.

  • Made the seat and mount my self. hammered, cut and welded out of an old road sign, covered with 1/4 inch foam and black vinyl ... springs under it are valve springs from chevy big block.

Tires are maxxis classics wide white wall.

  • Very nice. Where did you get the seat and mount?

  • wow sexy bike!have a couple questions id luv for u to answer.where did u buy the white wall tires and was it hard to cut off the whole rear frame behind the seat???thkssss and great job

  • its for sale? how much?

  • No it is sold.

yes it is lowered, scootworks lowering kit. the whole rear frame behind the seat is cut off,

and i made the headlight cover and license plate holder.

  • Nothing but awesome!

  • did you lower it??? and is all you did was take off the rear fender to get the back to look like that??

  • Hi i am also making a bobber very like yours would you mind letting me know where you bought your head light cover and back number plate with rear light

  • Lovely bike! How much for it? Did you do it yourself? Give us more details...history, pictures etc..
