It's on a live DVD - Procol Harem - Live at The Union Chapel - 2004 - Eagle Vision. A brilliant DVD with all the old hits and a few new one like this.
It's written purely by Matthew Fisher who had rejoined Procol at that time. His other instrumental masterpiece was Repent Walpurgis. He wrote other Procol songs, played the Hammond extraordinaire and has producer credits too.
Epic composition. Bravo!

The song is great, not less the video.
The Afghan landscape is raw, the adults seam also, but the children are so sweet, like everywhere. Protect them, and their parents too!
