Glad you can bring this exerience to people... a lot of people don't know what its like to spend that much time with the same people and away from most amenities:) I hope you post all of your stats some where after the series is over (i.e. longest paddle day, average miles per day, cost per mile, type of camera, blah blah,)

@eMusicCollective Absolutely! I love canoeing, just not when you know you have months ahead of you. I we knew we were approaching the end, then I think things would be different. The overwhelming feeling of what lies ahead was difficult to grasp.

was there anything to protect the cameras from getting wet? I guess that is why you didn't use good cameras in the rain?

@motepelao Yes, we used a Pelican case to keep everything dry. Those things are amazing. Plus, they float which is a major plus in the event of an accidental tip.

@kaily90 he paddles a lot. Normally films about 30minutes - 1 hour a day...the rest is paddling.
