  • Who's playing the instruments in this version?

  • bitchin shit!!

  • The Animals were the creators of the song, not Ozzy. Just sayin

  • @ggiorgoss12 actually, wrong. it was written for Nina Simone. Just sayin.

  • lovely. god bless ozzy

  • Long live the old days ... when music was Music !!! <3

  • Come on I mean not only a Brummie but pissed all the time as well...And he's singing 'please don't let me be misunderstood' lol lol lol lol ha ha ha....oh man

  • is this something to do with the singer from the move?

  • 0:48 , 1:35 , and 2:40 , the Ozzman cometh... well distinctly cometh anyway.

  • Fucking ell, I didn't know Ozzy sung on the cover this song! Thanks!

  • great ,thanks for finding this

  • I really like this version

  • Is this reminding anyone else of "You Wont Change Me" off Technical Ecstacy? Same key, similar vocal lines.... maybe this arrangement served as a inspiration to an extent?

  • @DoomMetalSludge I hear the similarities as well. Funny you mention that, I've wondered the same thing myself.

  • Ozzy sings the Chorus..and back up vocals are points

  • Ozzy sings the Chorus

  • I no longer really try to emulate Ozzy's timbre, it's too unique, I just make do hitting the notes and putting my balls into it.

  • Ah so... he's in the backing vocals in the chorus

  • Can you PLZ tell me where I can get this?

  • do you have a d/l link for this

i'd like to have it ♫♫♫

  • @z2yu I asked him about it and he said it's virtually impossible.

  • People saying that Ozz is singing everything are wrong. You can clearly tell when he comes in. So just listen..thank you.

  • Thats OZZY singing the whole song

  • the only times its been hard to tell when ozzy singin was on Planet Caravan and Solitude on sabbaths 2nd an 3rd albums

  • Are you guys kidding? Ozzy's singing throughout, not just the chorus. Unmistakably it's him.

  • @Boncy46 No its not him throughout definitely not him. He is singing during the chorus and back ups.

  • Wow!

  • Where have they been hiding this?

  • I really love Ozzy's line "I'm just a soul who's intentions are good, oh lord please don't let me be misunderstood." I think Ozzy's voice is very underrated. It's different but unique and very very hard to copy. I've tried to cover, and karaoke his songs and it is very difficult.

  • @bls13thmember how is it underrated ? most people agree he has one of the greatest voices in Rock !

  • @bls13thmember

    technicaly the animals line

  • @igessthsisgrwnup Yes but in this version Ozzy is singing it, so was going by that. If this was the Animals version I would have commented on that.

  • @igessthsisgrwnup Nina Simone did the song first. The Animals covered it and made it popular.

  • ozzy singing back vocals

  • 3 minutes of happiness! Ozzy sings very earnestly, his voice is magic! I compared this song with other artists, but only Ozzy so sensually sings .. Love it !!!!!!

  • Eric Burdon's version are way not this pop-style....though it's cool, but just because it's ozzy

  • can someone please take the time ---to explain to me how to post a song ---with just a still photo appearing on the screen -----

  • @skyywide you have to eddit it together in windows movie maker or something.

  • 1970-Black Sabbath

    1970-Paranoid

    1971-Master of Reality

    1972-Vol. 4

    1973-Sabbath Bloody Sabbath

    1975-Sabotage

    1976-Technical Ecstasy

    1978-Never Say Die

  • thanks for this rarity.

  • Ozzy is singing the choris. Sounds great thank you for the post. Ozzy rocks as always!

  • is there anywhere i can buy/download this?

  • @locke118 right off youtube, google it to find out how itll take u right to a website to rip it

  • This is very disappointing, no wonder it was never really acknowledged publicly by Ozzy, his take on "Stayin' Alive" was better, and funny! Hell his duet with Jessica Simpson of "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" was better than this.

  • its a cover of the animals

  • huh? -----I never knew Ozzy recorded without Sabbath in 1975 --------my years are all messed up ----but 1975 was Sabotage ---right? -------this sounds like a Technical Ecstasy sound ---to me ----

  • @skyywide 75 was sabbath bloody sabbath think that sabotage was in 76 or 77

  • awesome!! ozzy is such a true legend

  • WOW! I never knew this even existed. Ozz sounds great!!

  • many thanks for uploading this gem.

  • ozzy sing only the backing vocals in the chorus??? i think the other vocal is not his voice....

  • @kdjdhdbdb

Maybe, it's hard to tell exactly where he sings and not.

  • @ppn22 the guy singing the back-up(?) vocals sounds a LOT like vocals (You can tell by the way he sings when he gets louder)

  • @ppn22 Wrong. Ozzy's voice in 75 was piercing. You can clearly hear the Ozzman every time he starts to wail in this one. Great post...thanks!

  • @bkrbtlg08 It's VERY clear to me too, he has a very recognizable voice, unique to him, so anyone who can't recognize his voice hasn't listened to much if any music from Oz.

  • @gmj2012

I agree, think of the songs Planet Caravan and Solitude, clearly Ozzy here guys!

  • @kdjdhdbdb yes he does only backing vocals on this one

  • ohh fuck! i've been seraching this song for a very long time ago!!!

a part of this song was on the menu of my ozzy camden 2003 dvd and i never knew what song was that!!!

manymany thanks for this rare song! :D

  • holy crap! where did you get this

  • @thesithempire

It has a track called "Have you ever been loved", Ozzy is not singin on that one.

  • All I can say is incredible!!!

    The Ozzman Cometh...

  • Rare Ozzy Osbourne song surfaces. Singer/songwriter Chris Sedgwick was a friend of Ozzy back in 70s. He asked Ozzy to sing vocals with him on this cover of the Animals hit song Dont Let Me Be Misunderstood. Only 100 45lp copies were made and the majority of these were accidentally destroyed in a fire. Needless to say..., this track was extremely rare.
