  • @makingthebest09 On the Food Score ( here is a example) B - One of your Protein shake with Banana L - Soup ( different type each time) D - small fish pie or Tofu stir fry ( spray oil) also try and mix it up x R

  • Hey! I loved this workout... imma start soon... Im already recovering my energy, im eating healthier. I dont need to loose weight, im skinny I just want to tone up and build up some muscle in my legs, arms and abdomen... What kind of workouts you recommend for those areas??? Im a 21yrs old female, weight:108lbs, height: 5'5 Thank you so much keep it up you're a great motivation!!!

  • You should be doing more than 'just this clip' if you are really serious. If I were in your shoes I would be doing weeks 1-12 as much as I can ...DAILY! Have fun with this and watch your self talk...no matter how much sweating you do...if you are not telling yourself the right things, then you will not do the smart things that will get you those toned arms...inside your gut you know if you are really doing what is required. Ask me if you need help:)~ahmad

  • just finished my first two reps. i love it, mr burns loves those arm circles!

    i only can't keep up at around 7.30. lose the pattern then. have to work on keeping my stomach in, difficult to remember while focussing on the patterns.

  • guys I picked the pool because I wanted to show only the upper body doing the workout. You can do this workout while sitting in a chair...no excuses guys,..come on now...lol..I can't make them any easier than this for them to be effective. Try it standing or seated in your home. No need to make this tough at all... just wanted to switch things up....watch round 2...later in the clip. Thanks for posting!!

  • no need to go close to water to do this...you can do while seated...
