I watched this Live in HD on a 72-inch with a pair of Legacy Studio speakers cranking out awesome audio, and I must say that even though the announcer stumbled her words at liftoff, she very quickly redeemed herself with the very powerfully executed statement, "... taking the Space Station to Full Power for Full Science." I got a little choked up at that moment which only added to the already overwhelming sensory experience. They've got it made... meanwhile we sit here on this rock. :) :(
I've also uploaded the HD video on my channel: watch?v=iWjOoY4BVcs

Very cool.
By the way, it's "GLS is go for main engine start." (GLS stands for Ground Launch Sequencer).
