Nice video, most providers wont bother using the mac even thought they are supposed to.. which leads to problems when customer are being billed by 2 companies and they wonder why the old provider hasnt stopped supplying services - mac not used! Check with your old provider 'after the switch' to make sure mac has been used.. most of the time new provider wont use mac, they will cease the line instead
