since this is just due to the vibration provided by the sound, that this metal or whatever it is, plate receive

the plate receives vibration, it is transmitted to the flour particles and the frequency sets a certain place for every piece of flour

well, it could not affect the human body since we are made of a lot of water, which absorbs most of the vibrations
