My wife and I started with an empty room and an idea. It's been two years now, we are still working 7 days a week, designing, building, operating, and we just had our busiest month yet. Our business is unique because we are in Taiwan, our business is a Canadian style Gastro Pub, offering whole wheat pizza ++ using a traditional brick oven.

We want to do across Asia what 'Boston Pizza' did across Canada and the U.S. It's overwhelming how much needs to be done every day, and we love it!!!
