I played the audio of Ortega's "Give Me Jesus" at the funeral of my father and then again at mom's funeral a little over 3 months later. They were dear believers who are now with our precious Lord Jesus Christ. I miss them so!

But anyhow, I made this for the song, which I love. The song reminds me that when life is down and and I have failed miserably, when no one else, has my back, "just give me Jesus". And then I wanted to put it on you tube, but I did not want to bore people with mundane images and so therefor I am hoping some people might say "give me Jesus?" why? well because he suffered for me and paid my debt for my sins that were separating me from God.

Well, it's been a while since I last saw the movie so I can't say. Even though it might have not been perfect, the movie did bring out a positive outcome rather than not.

This movie vastly missed the point of : who Jesus is, why He came, etc. It shows Jesus getting beat up. He endured this pain for us by choice, hardly brought out in the movie. You're made to believe He was powerless. Had a captive audience from the pre-movie hype and didn't take advantage of it. Great piece of music from Fernando though.
