Wow Rob, lean and mean at 196, that's impressive. How much of your static strength have you kept from when you were 225? What lifts suffered the most/least? Great work on this and the double king kong.
Thanks for checking out the vid. I've lost a bit of single rep strength but the increase in mobility and conditioning far outways the loss. My Deadlift actually went up but my overhead lifts have suffered a bit. My squat is steady. King Kong was ridiculous! Thanks for your comments.

Is there a reason you chose to use the fatter bar for the OHPs? Do you find you get a different feel/workout with the thicker bar?
