Maybe you are right in a way and in some questions. Do what you do, and maybe in my country the politicians will change their negative behavior in some questions. In any case we all should try to have a dialog. I wish you good luck, but, please, being a patriot don't call all Karelians, Russians pigs or idiots. We have and nad problems, but solving them we are becoming stronger. Maybe people like you will win, if you are right. Still I don't agree with you. Maybe I am not right. But really wish you all the best in your tries. Truthfully saing, we must be more kind to each other and try to understand. Sorry if I said something wrong. :-) Good luck!

KARELIA IS RUSSIA! I trust more my family, my tribe, miun karjalan HEIMO, TRUE KARELIANS and not those Finns, who want our lands! We are with Russians, with Veps, with Saami, with Finns-Inkeri lived on those territories. Karelians dominated there! We've decided to become Russian Orthodox, to be with Russian Tsar, now we won't let Finns to f..k us out of our homes and our territories Karelia is for Karelians and Russians, not for you! Maybe you are right in a way and in some questions. Do what you do, and maybe in my country the politicians will change their negative behavior in some questions. I don't want Karelians, Finns and Russians to be enemies. Of course, you should also think about Karelians, Veps, indiginious Russians when solving this question. They are not Finns, even if in some history we were more close. But I respect your opinion, even if I don't agree and it touch me negatively. Good luck!

we lost almost whole Karelia in ww2. against Russians. they took our lands with power. and thats wrong. but in continuation war we took Karelia back. and little more, we reached to onego lake. and borders of st.petersburgh, but we didnt attack. we had no manpower to keep that city and stalin would propably crushed us after that...and there is only 9% karelians anymore.

yeas. Viborg is in Karelia. greatest city of Karelia...in Karelian Isthmus. or it used to be great...but castle of Viborg still stands !!!
but Russians include Viborg+whole Karelian isthmus to Leningrad region. and thats wrong. actually Leningrad is in Karelia. and viborg not in leningrad region...but what ever russians wants to believe...

we cant have it back whitout help of other countries...and what is more shame is that finland havent owned whole Karelia...ever. just parts of it. thats wrong also. now we have just tiny parts of Karelia left...i can make video what shows how ugly Karelia is because of Russians...pictures about old finnish towns...etc..and lake Ladoga is dirty now...
