I know Donald has a huge amount more experience than I do but the number one golden rule when handling any venomous snake is dont take your eyes off the snake. love the way he holds the Gaboon Viper by the tail and looks at the camera instead of what the snake is doing. ;-)

Most likely they fed and took the venom out of the poisonous snakes before they put them in. I doubt he'll put himself in this room otherwise. Just one bite from a random snake in that room can kill him in a few minutes
