  • Does anyone know from whom the beautiful music is? Thanks

  • hi guys if you want to see an eight year old do some tai chi basics, type in Rachel's tai chi lesson! Thanks!

  • I will learn tai chi IN CHINA with chinese

  • Why? Where are you from mr boucher? You know there are some very good teachers outside of China. I don't blame you for wanting to visit, or learn in China, it is just that you seem to have an elitist attitude that will end up costing you lots of time you could have been learning at least something.

  • this is epic

  • tmwst - lol Imaginary Object, lol he is Harnessing the chi energy from within and around him!! No Imaginary Objects lol

  • I know ,Just kidding

  • What this guy doing ....playing with imaginary object ....any 1 explain pls

  • if only I had a lap top. I would find a bigger area and try to learn this. (my living room is too small lol)

  • i too am rather inspired.

  • If you could afford individual lessons that would be best, just don't go to some new age place for it

  • Yang style?

  • Bravo. So graceful yet some of those moves were quite complex. The music chosen went well. I could watch this for some time. For the past few years I have considered studying tai chi. I wonder what the best method to learn it: in a group or individually?

  • Well, I suppose you could have been testing the latter for the past few years, eh?

  • if you want to study tai chi

i suggest it would be nicer to study it with a group :D

    hehehe

  • @Adventurestud I think individualy would be best.

  • @Adventurestud definately go to a reputable instructor. Take some time and watch their classes and make sure they do push hands.

  • bella la musica e la scenografia, esecuzione dei movimenti con qualche incertezza. nel complesso giudizio positivo

  • What's the origin of this form and what is it actually called form wise

  • I'd like to hear more of this really good music while heating my jasmin- tea w/ firebanding ;D

    greetings

  • You fucking win man, remid me of my favorite guy *wink*

  • ^_^

  • That would be cool to train alone listening to that music at a traditional temple thing.

  • excellent!

  • It is waterbending. This is the style they used it for.

  • yes, waterbending is based on the Bāguàzhǎng style of thia chi

  • hmm look like water bending Xp(i think it is)
