Cirque Du Soleil Misschievous Inspired Makeup

Hi, I am a dance teacher and I'm planning on doing one of my kids makeup for a "cirque" themed dance. When I tried on myself it didn't look as bright as I expected. I'm wondering if it was the eyeshadow or because I didn't use a white face paint as the foundation?????? Please help asap

@DancnMom17 oblivously im not the girl who created this look but i would say your colours would stand out more if you did use a white foundation of face paint then use a white or very light powder to set then try again also normally the brighter the eyeshadow the better and put alot of layers of the eyeshadow if its not bright enough on the first layer hope i could help
