There must be a winners mentality (change what is not right and make it right), rather than a loser's mentality (we are doomed to fail, we cannot change things, others must change things for us).
threats to the secular system are to be avoided. thats why graduates of religious schools did not have much choice till now, and I still believe that if they finish a religious high school, they should go to a similar university, and stick to there. now that they can go to other places and get other jobs when they graduate, slowly in time the religious, and not secular population will gain power. and thus, after they are powerful enough, they will try to change the system into a less secular one
this is a very one sided story. the system doesnt work all that good, that is certain, but it is not at a breaking point as this video implies. and one thing i got really mad at is the spokeswoman in istanbul, wearing a headscarf as though she was made to, similar to iran. there is no such thing. she should be a religious woman herself as she is choosing to wear it, if she isnt trying to fool the watcher thatas if she is not allowed not to wear one.

Entrepreneurship is the answer! If there are no jobs, then find market opportunities, open a business create your own jobs.
The educational system must be reformed, or else Turkey will not succeed.
May Turkey Prosper.
