Is that a Peek-a-boo pole? Spring loaded poles aren't good in the first place and u usually get what you pay for. I almost got a peek a boo pole and decided last minute to spend the extra cash and go with an x-pole. Way more safe and strong and not spring loaded. A little more time consuming to take up and down and 3 to 4 times more expensive, but definetly worth it espestially if your planning on excersising or doing any aerial tricks.
