Spawn win no dought. He would teleport kratos to hell kill him he would not be able to escape because kratos would be already in hell and not tartorus(the entrance to hell). The only weapon of kratos that affect him would be the blade of olympous but spawn would block with leetha and kill or teleport away and shot kratos in the head with a sniper(either way spawn teleports kratos to hell kratos can attack and then kills kratos in one of the above manners)
