Wacko mayor of Seattle would not salt the roads because it "would not be an environmentally friendly thing to do to the Puget Sound." When people got angry about how he handled it, he seems to have decided he can use salt next time. Maybe it's a little more environmentally friendly to the Puget Sound now. lol... Gotta love it:)
