For 18 months, I take cold showers every day, even in the winter; I become tougher for cold and have a beter health; for last winter, I swim in ice cold water, and cold showers are a good training. And you, do continue ?
@Lrdvltr I feel good! I train 20 min (push-ups, abdo...) before a cold shower 2-3 min and I train again 5-10 min after; and my performance are better after...It's increase adrenaline and the tonus (more effective than a cup of coffee for the arousal)!
I've met and exceeded your challenge. I haven't used any warm water at all since March (2009). Unfortunately the water became so cold this week that it began to cause brain freeze, so I've had to use a trickle of warm water to keep it above whichever temperature was causing that.

@ulysse3329 I do it on and off. How do you feel afterwards in the mornings?

@ulysse3329 That's awesome. I hope I can be like you then. I read in a book that showering in cold water helps tone muscles rather than hot water.
