despite the bad name hitlers gave to germans, germans really are something else. yes, they gave us hitler, marx and henry kissinger, but they also gave us
I was a Democrat and registered Republican to vote for him in the primaries. I never used to donate any money to any politician, but now I donate $10 a week. I believe in this man and I also believe that he will win the Presidency! We're witnessing something amazing! Keep spreading the RON PAUL name around.
He'd definitely got proper priorities in the order that's best for everyone.
Ron Paul can lead towards a better legacy - life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, non-interventionist government, justice -- than all the others combined.
All the others are cut out of the same mold.
I would love to watch a debate between Ron Paul and Hillary Clinton.
The Google interview is great, I like the way the guy starts at the beginning and says usually I ask questions for 20 mins and then we take questions, but because we have so many questions I'm not going to do that... and then proceeds to ask him questions for 30 mins cause he's so interested.
His arguement is about gays is that their rights are already covered in the constitution as the basic rights of all people. No need for an amendment in the Constitution and leave it to the states to decide about the marriage issue.
In that he is a doctor and delivered over 4000 babies I can understand his ideas on abortion. He can be charged with murder if something he does causes the death of an unborn child, so its a hypocritical law to say that abortion is legal. Would you sue a doctor if your unborn child was killed accidentally? Plus he argues its not a Consitutional issue, but for the states to decide. Very consistent on this issue
He does too argue it's a Constitutional issue, for he cites the Bill of Rights when he talks about the "rights" of the unborn. Second, if gay rights are already protected under the Constitution, then it most certainly is up to the government to intervene if the states are depriving citizens of these rights-- which has and is happening!
It was made a Constitutional issue by Roe v. Wade. In that it became a right to choose of the individual, over the right of the life of the unborn. His arguement is that it does not make sense. People don't understand the precendent the law creates. If the unborn has no rights "is not alive", then how can the doctor be held responsible for its death? Laws have to make sense or they just create chaos. This is what has happened.
He does not say illegalize abortion. Just that Roe v Wade is not constitutional. Big difference. He says the local states and govts should decide and the federal govt should keep their noses out of it.
Same thing with Gay rights. You do not need an amendment for this to the Constitution to overstate rights already guaranteed for everyone. This in itself will not stop prejudice. There is no such thing as "Gay Rights", only rights of the individual. If you associate yourself with any racial or social group you will eventually be discriminated against in one way or another.
he'll let the states decide, though he strongly discourages abortion. Because whether you like it or not you are still killing a human, and the people who take that action know it. I believe he will still let states decide

Did he just say: "Legalize the Constitution."?

You mean the opposite of what Bush and Democrats have been doing with laws outlawing the rights granted by the Constitution? What a concept...

haha. Also I would like to add... Did anyone see the 1hr interview of Ron Paul at Google talk? That was a 1st.
Because most republicans, especially Bush, would run out of things to say in 15 mintues.
And 90% of that 15minutes would be about terror, war, Iran and Alqaeda.
The 10% would be a blank stare into the ceiling.

Non-interventionist? Have you read his gay marriage/abortion policies?
Mike Gravel is the Democrat version of Ron Paul, but he's consistent.
