yes im 100% sure, it was released 31st august here in europe, and was released september 4th in america/canada. But although Circus Maximus are amazing theyre not mainstream at all so it might be hard to find a copy in shops. Thankfully you can find copies both on the itunes store and a hard copy from amazon so onlines ur best bet

Mats and his brother came up with that name when they were kids, they didn't know anything about the old band. And if it had been a problem, somebody would have contacted them a long time ago, and they would have changed it at once. I know the guys in Circus Maximus well, and I asked them;).
