  • we have your back zeno...as best we can....Your energy in this video is awesome.

  • @warrentur Cheers Warren, I am lucky to have brothers like you!

  • Nice training video. May I ask how one can train for a wall climb like the ones at 0:16 and 0:21?

  • @laithsu Train tons of pull ups on the bars/rails/branches & train your push ups. This will build up your pull push strength. Also just practice, practice practice your wall climbs on walls head height and build up the height through time.

  • @TraceurZeno Thanks.

  • @7tacHu Thank you my friend!

  • @TraceurZeno What did a doctor say about your eye?

I mean, it doesn't sound right... why should a shoulder injury affect your eye?

  • @Seracinfinity He said the nerve behind my left eye was swollen. I did not bang my head, but had a headache the next day for a few days after falling hard on my shoulder, the the vision went

  • Its amazing that youre still training despite they eye injury man, youve not lost it at all haha

  • @TheAngryAR Cheers! I am having to adapt my training and movement, and use muscle memory as it is still tricky to focus on edges of obstacles.

  • @TraceurZeno Haha, at least you're back training man, I'll need to head out to a few jams soonish, get back into it :P

  • Yeah, so nice ;D

i´m expecting about more new films.

Sorry for my bad english :)

  • @ADDPkCo gracias, por tus amables palabras

  • Very good video there! :D still annoyed that i've not trained with you... your the only glasgow one i haven't still... Only met you the once at Rom! :P

  • @caitch87 Hey Callum, I am sure it will happen!

  • good stuff :)

btw just a random general question but hav you ever sprained ur wrist whilst training and if so how long did it take to recover?

I've been waiting for almost 2 months and been absolutely aching to get back into parkour but it still hurts to put weight on the wrist...and I've been to doctors and they just said it was a sprain and to do the relevant physio exercises.

  • @TraceurCMann Sprains are worse than fractures/breaks as they take a really long time to heal. I sprained my ankle a while back. And while I was doing PK again 2-3 weeks after i sprained it. It was painful and weak for about a year. The sensible thing to do is rest and condition your wrist. Take things easy and build it up through time. Just be patient even though it must be frustrating mate.

  • Nice one man :) Rail grinds are nice, did you get your 10 points :P

  • @RabM1990 LMAO nice one!

  • Good to see you back to health, your movement is still great despite the setback.

  • @ManyMovements Cheers Dave!

  • 68 people can't find the 'like' button.

  • @pkbreeze08 lol each to their own. :o)

  • @TraceurZeno This is true, how are things going up there anyway, last time i saw Pete he was saying that you were getting a PK Park built in Coatbridge (if that is how you spell it lol).

    How's that going?

  • @pkbreeze08 Hey Craig, yes the PK Park is finished and maybe more added in the future. Pete and the Coatbridge guys would welcome you up to train there, and the super PK spots in and around Coatbridge too. All the best!

  • @TraceurZeno I am definately going to have come through there one day. Haven't even been over the border yet lol. Which is rather sad considdering...

I may well make that a new years resolution lol.

    Keep safe bro.

  • @pkbreeze08 Your welcome, just drop a line to me or Pete.

  • i thought, well where is Zeno by the way. the last video was long time ago.

and today you uploaded it! amazing

  • @Sportler1995 Thank you for thought, it is appreciated!

  • Gotta love Adventure Club Dubstep. Good to see more content from you, and I wish you a speedy recovery.

  • @SteveZavitz Thanks a lot Steve!

  • i'm glad to see that you still train Zeno ;D

  • @miguelconditioning Thanks Miguel! It is hard to stop something we are passionate about.

  • @TraceurZeno TRUE man!

  • @MrCodaman Cheers!

  • what kind of eye injury did you have?

  • @houdiinii I did a large jump drop, but slipped on landing, taking the full impact on my shoulder. About a week later my vision became blurry, then went blind in my left eye.My vision has only came back recently but still not 100% vision.

  • @TraceurZeno How did you lose vision by hitting your shoulder?? The two seem unconnected . . .

Glad to see you're moving again. Stay strong and train safe.

  • @niburcire I am not exactly sure, as I did not bang my head, but I had a headache the day after for a few days, then the vision in my left eye went.
