@lastdragon5 Just carefully review the video, your knees should be at the top of the defender's chest, just below the collarbones. Have your shins flat against their body to keep a nice flat surface for them...Sometimes Jericho will do a variation on this move where he puts one knee on the defender's forehead for the impact, so that's very different from the basic version that we did here...

@HowToWrestle I'm sorry but the way you described how to do the Code Breaker is only correct if you don't want to hurt your opponent. The real way is having both legs together (as you said) and having the knees collide with the person's face or jaw, which will be very painful. In this video, you kinda make the code breaker seem weak than what it actually is.

Nice vid! but that was more of a lung blower then the codebreaker. Codebreaker he runs and jumps just like that but when he puts his knees up only one knee contects to the face. His knees were placed on the chest. This vid is the move Pope uses in tna. Get the one knee up and uve got the codebreaker
