stem cell are able to become any cell in the body. But most of all I know what happens when I take it and how great I feel that is good for me. Just to take my discomfort away is worth a lot and I am worth getting healthy and you are worth it to yourself to take all you can to get healthy and it is great to feel normal again.

I was taught embryonic sc's were pluripotent while adult sc's were unipotent or multipotent. But this "research" seems to be saying adult sc's are pluripotent...
Can anyone shed light on this?
