Ohhh, I love Cannon Beach, one of my favorite spots on the Oregon Coast. My best friend was just proposed to this past weekend at Haystack Rock...it is such a beautiful place! So glad it was such good weather for you!

The beach/ocean always helps me relax. We've visited Cannon Beach a few times.  Most recently we rented a cabin at Arch Cape high on a clff almost straight above the ocean. It was geat. I'm glad you could get away on this retreat and share the beach with us. Thanks!

There were some amazing houses that made me feel very envious. What a blessing it would be to live at the beach!

I love the big waves and have always felt spending time at the beach helps to ground me and relax me. I try to see big waves every few months if possible.

What a big blessing. I love Oregon! Glad you had a great retreat!! Nothing like being out in His wonderful creation. I get horrible migraines from MSG. If I have even a bit of it.. it brings on the throbbing. Must have been sad to leave.. but grateful to return to your family and your own bed!

The trip was amazing but, I missed my family very much. It is hard for them to survive without me.. LOL!!

My eating was difficult but, possible and I was able to focus on the surroundings and not the food. It made keeping active much easier for me.
