@bla7091 If your back is all tweaked, it feels AMAZING and you get your flexibility back. I did once completely by accident in a math class and I felt like a new man.
i don't have people put their hands in a "v" like that, but i lie down and have them just push in and upward, and it works great...or i have someone walk on me... i need my back popped all the time!!
The second one was even louder but you have to listen carefully as she is yelling too loud. Great back cracking technique - must've been a relief to her!
