How did you alter you nutrition plan and do you have any reccomendations? Because im going to start p90x but i dont have enough money to buy everything on the list. So i was thinking on just eating healthy as much as i can so any tips?
@SPAstrop You'll get sick if you don't eat the necessary amount of food, like really sick. Your body will go catabolic as fuck and you'll wish you were dead.
It's not expensive to follow the portion plan. You might have to eat the same thing everyday, but it beats shelling out to make their ridiculous recipes. There are plenty of videos on here of people showing how they followed the plan on a tight budget, i suggest you look those up.

@Burhan243 partially true...i have a friend who was varsity football 3 years in highschool he's in college now. Beast in highschool bench was 350 and squat was 500. he wasn't fat just a little chubby but you couold tell he was jacked. he did p90x in college and now he's so much smaller than highschool/ he's completely ripped and kinda thick but he says he regrets it cause he got so small haha. he's a lot thicker now cause he started a weight lifting routine/ but yeah

Insanity is mainly for Fat Loss. You don't need that. P90X is for Muscle Gain. Start a new round of P90X, it'll benefit you a lot more than Insanity.
You said you replace yoga with running and cardio X. Do you do them both on the same day?? Or do you do one on yoga day and on the next time the running?
@guerin545 p90x is geared more so to people looking to lose weight. if you're trying to gain muscle mass, your best bet is to go to a gym and start lifting. i'm currently on my 66th day of p90x and i hardly notice any differences. im guessing it's because i was already pretty lean before p90x (11% bodyfat @ 155lbs)
@guerin545 im 16 yrs old 5'10 at 155lbs. i started p90x cuz i didn't have any access to a gym at the time. now that i have access to a gym, im probably gonna finish the last few weeks of p90x and start liftin' again. i strongly suggest that you lift weights cuz most of the exercises in p90x are meant to tone your muscles and not for building size

Good job. Getting a body like this is HARD work in 90 days, Took me years to get where i wanted to be at 6'5" 230lbs. This program works people ( i have not done it, but have friends that have). It's the best thing out there for home use. BUT remember, its all about the DIETING, you have to eat right, it does no good if your not burning more calories than you are intaking. Good luck to anyone out there doing it or thinking about it
just start liftin' weights at a gym 5 days a week. Drink nothing but water. I gaurantee you'll see 5-10 pounds drop within the first week and you don't even need to start cardio yet.
@TheHardTruth313 well it all depends on what you're looking for, and how much time you have. Think of classic as the base program. Lean is a variation in which the focus is more towards cardio than that of lifting, mind you there still will be lifting involved. Then doubles is a variation of classic where the only thing different is, once you get in to the second phase of the three phase program, not only will you do the lifting cd on said day, but you will also do a cardio video on that day

@TheHardTruth313 well it all depends on what you're looking for, and how much time you have. Think of classic as the base program. Lean is a variation in which the focus is more towards cardio than that of lifting, mind you there still will be lifting involved. Then doubles is a variation of classic where the only thing different is, once you get in to the second phase of the three phase program, not only will you do the lifting cd on said day, but you will also do a cardio video on that day
