I hated sweet potatos before I tried them raw. Yesterday I made that recipe and it was delicious! The taste was quite unusual and they were not so fun to chew on because I used a peeler but I loved that dish. Thank you so much for changing my mind about sweet potatos, Mimi, and for adding one more awesome recipe to my raw vegan diet :)

why doesnt your sweet potato oxidise mimi??.. every time we cut sweet potato it goes brown in seconds..

My boyfriend is allergic to so much food and even some regular fruits and veggies so these recipes are so helpful! All I feed him when he comes over is salads, protein shakes, and rice. Its hard because we're 18 and he loves pasta and can't eat it anymore. I can't wait to try this with him, thank you!
