you have to disarm the bomb then go talk to the sherif and he will give u a key to your house.

@KK6FJFNV when you start out you have to either defuse or arm the bomb in megaton if you defuse it you get a house in megaton if you blow up megaton then you get a house in tennpenny tours

from what ive read, no it will not, so pick everything up before you buy a theme. Whats going to suck, is that i have a collection of plungers i started when i found the plunger room of death, its now at at least 55. I may just not put them out after i buy a theme lol

Question: Do all the house themes come with a skill book? I recall getting a Big Book of Science from the Science theme on my normal playthrough.

I'm level 8 now on very hard and the caps are just starting to flow a little more freely now. So I was wondering if it would be worth purchasing multiple themes.

I had stuff on my floor too, and those items didn't dissapear when I put on this pre-war theme. Every thing just popped out, like from shelves and stuff, it's better to pick those items up before buying a theme.

kill the guys that go around selling stuff (ex. crow, crazywolfgang) they have usually 500 caps on them. TIP use bottlecap mines to kill them without a hassle.

if your good, you start getting caps after the quest "following in his footsteps" and if your bad you pretty much start out with mega caps lol dont blow up megaton though just steal and sell.
