Except for thriller' tears for fears and a couple of others the rest of this comp is the worst of the 80s.i cant believe your choice of Ants tracks. The only Ants song i hated. lol. Thanks anyway for effort. Its made me start a compilation of my own.I promise you 'Wake me up before you go go,wont be in it.
OH YEAH. QUESTION? Does anyone remember a tune called 17 ? Cant remember the artist. ""seventeen completely new sensation, someones dream". Cant find it anywere.
K, I have een some of these compilations, and I am suprised "Valley Girl" by Frank and Moon (his daughter) Zappa was not included. I lived in So. Cal. during that time, thought is was an excellent "dig" on the Val's.
hey i've been looking for a song and i can't remember de name or the band...i'm hoping you can help me.....i thinnk it's from the 80's or 90's, and it's a sort of gay/drag looking band with a voluptuos girl and they kind of have an opera sound to it and the chorus sounds a bit like this "iiii touch the skyyyy .......blablablaaa...your my savior" i'm not sure about the lyrics either....yes i know....it sounds stupid but i really need to find it....can you help me? thanks.
Thanks for this. I was just a kid during the 80's and I didn't watch too many videos until years later. Even though it was after the fact I enjoyed music.
Thanks for all these unforgettables songs, an incredible flashback to the 80's, but "always something there to remind me" is awsome... were can I get this video, i have been searched in ares, thanks again.-
That first song in the montage, "Run Runaway" by Slade, was covered in the 90s by a Canadian group called Great Big Sea. Most Americans have likely never heard of them, but Canadians have loved the group from Newfoundland over the years.

@Generations1st At 7:40, that's not Spinal Tap, but Van Halen. You probably got confused because both bands "broke up".
