i got my tongue pierced and i wouldnt recommend it..it was really sore for me. but everyones different. at first you feel the needle on your tongue but you dont really feel it go through. it took me like 15 minutes to sit in the chair cause i was so nervous. some tattoo shops let you rinse with mouth wash to numb it a bit..
