  • When you go to make a family and under step 3 I think it is...there are different settings where you can mess with different parts of the face, like the nose, eyes, ect.

  • its easy! when u create ur sim, lets say u wanna give it a big nose. when u r choosing its nose, there are these switches where u can move them side to side. if u move the switch, the size of the nose will change.

  • it's as simple as this, make sure every knob and feature tool is maxed out either up or down, this one is a little more than that, like to make sure it doesn't glitch and have a face thats inside itself but essentially that's the idea
