I have been using this headset for about two years now. The Clarity Aloft headset is great! But I like my Clarity Aloft headset even better with the Custom Ear Molds. L2K Technologies sells them for a reasonable price online. I higly recommend them if you are a Clarity Aloft user.

I use one of these headsets in an open cockpit airplane with a cockpit noise level of 115db. I only turn the radio up to about half volume so as not to get blasted out. Since it goes under a standard leather helmet you can use goggles as there is no earphones for the goggle strap to go over. In a nutshell put your David Clark headset on the shelf next to that old 90 channel Super Homer radio as they are now both just as antiquated. This headset is a quantum leap in headset technology.
