5 years since SOTC was released , gaming technology has incredibly improved , yet no game could beat this one , and I don't think any game will , not even the Last Guardian (hope i'm wrong)

This is not a game. It's a piece of art. An example that video games are not just a simple way of killing time. It shows that sometimes those "silly games" are way better than film or book. And that's because Player IS Wander. It's not only Wander's journey, but also Player's.

IMO SotC is as great as Silent Hill 2, The Longest Journey or Final Fantasy VII. My four favourite games of all times.

This game is my favorite game on the PS2, and I'm sure I'll always feel the urge to replay this game over and over again throughout my life. @25Tachigami i meant okami. it got good reviews but it sold really badly. probably because it was released on ps2 after the ps3 came out and capcom never advertised it at all. yakuza 2 (another of my favourite games) barely sold for the same reason.
