In SW1: Yes, it's an obvious fangirl scream. but to me, it seems that it's more of a sinister touch than somewhat "romantic"
SW2: I theorize that Ranmaru had no storyline for his reputation in SW1... or the fact that he was purely into Nobunaga. But give him points for still existing.
