i prefer sikth to meshuggah, mostly because they put on a much better liuve show, and because its not just the "tomas haake" experience, which is what all meshuggah albums apart from C33 and nothing are.

I just went and listened to a couple of Meshuggah songs and they are pretty bland seem ing to consist little more than shouting and inane sort of anti music. Probably the sort of idiots that think being anti christian and anti mainstream for the ske of it is "cool". People like that are so largely because they have nothing to say and are jealous, ofcourse they may have some sob stories but in the scheme of things it realy come across as a bit pathetic.

Meshuggah were really the main innovators of the really really heavy complex shit. They do it much better, but then again, its a different style. Meshuggah FTW. Their new album, by the way. My God. All tuned to F. Unbelievable. It gets played non stop in my car.

Personally, I think this version perhaps cut with some of the other video would of been fantastic, there are bits in this vid that...I dunno, you can really visualise in your head during those parts of the song. Yeah.. it was a crazy edit.. Well, reason for not seeing it, is there was controversy within the band about the result.. the band was split, so the management decided to only release it through a hidden link on their website. They then went and shot another version, which i have to say though not bad, was a little predictable... i like the madness portrayed here, felt it linked to the underlying tension in the track.. each to their own i guess!
