Ah, the hotels i stayed in in Tokyo and Kyoto had bathrooms like that. I don't get why the toilet seats were hot, but the bathroom itself was icy cold, the staff even re opened the windows i closed in there, seemingly to deliberatly keep it cold. Do you know anything about why they would do that?

@MrAiir Hey Mr. Actually most toilets in Tokyo area have only the Wester Style. And I would say over 50% would have the butt washing feature. But if you go to a 20 year old hotels, they would def have these Eastern toilets.  Thank you so much for the question!
