I believe Sherk defended himself against the California Athletic Commission properly, and I do believe him. I, however, don't think he could defeat Penn. Sherk leaves himself open to a choke too many times while attempting the take down. Penn knows this and will choke him out.

I don't think he took nandralone... something about him just seems so genuine... i dunno if you guys remember that inside the ufc clip with sean sherk and it was all about his daily routine and exercise. he had a basket in his house filled with pills and all types of crazy supplements. he used to have like 10 pills every morning and 30 a day mixed with like 4 or 5 different supplement drinks. i think all that shit together made it seem like he had nandralone on the test.

Me too, he does take a lot of supplements. But the nandralone levels were 3 times higher than an actual roid user. He doesn't need them, he has been a workhorse his whole career.

3 times that of a roid user? No. The limit that's tested for was 6 ng/ml ...people who take it have tested at over 50 ng/ml... he tested at 12 ng/ml. And the equipment was not being properly cleaned, and 5 people tested positive in a row on the machine. Sorry, that's just TOO many coincidences for me to believe he was juicing.

i tend to believe that sean did not take nandrolone and the reason i say that is because that particular androgen has an extremely long half life, meaning its detectable for months. sean sherk would be way too smart to use nandrolone. anyone who is intelligent and knows they will be tested would opt for something like winstrol, or better yet trenbolone. hell, even halotestin. somethings rotten in denmark.

He unkowningly took performance enhancement drugs. Usually fighters to take steriods, they usually have like 50-100 mg of them in their syster, sherk only had 12mg. He probably accidently took like one or two pills. Royce Gracie had about 60mg in his body after he fought sakuraba...
