very nice. I dont see any snow though.

We were lucky, the first tree was planted along Lake Superior in Marquette, which got very little snow compared to even 7 miles away.
The reason is Lake Superior keeps the city/shoreline slightly warmer (above 32 degrees).
Most of the rest of the 12,000 trees will be planted inland - and the conditions are not right now for planting.
We have had snowstorms in the middle of May - so we're praying for good weather.
Good eye tho !
