@asderathos Yes, you are right. I am a regular citizen with only an outsider perspective. But in my opinion, I think that Obama received millions $ from rich Arabs to help support their various causes, oil, islam, etc. Obama has done strange things like try to connect NASA with Indonesia, to help their science and engineering. The international left has been taken over by Muslim causes in case you haven't noticed.

The Flotilla was supported & partially funded by Bill Ayers' wife, that's really what got my attention on leftist causes overlapping with 'Muslim' 1's.

@asderathos True story about the international left. I had a friend in college, his father was in the government of Allende in Chile. After Pinochet took over he was exiled to US. He had 2 kids then went back to Chile after Pinochet left. My friend told me that in '03 a friend of his father who was in the South American left went to meet with Arafat. Arafat gave him $millions to help support the Palestinian cause through the South American "left".

Unless I'm mistaken there is somewhat a large difference between the South American 'left' & the so called "Western" International Left of America & Europe.

@asderathos The point is that the international left doesn't really have a real ideology, or they don't really care about the poor or workers of the world. Instead they really just want to get a power position and they look for other governments with similar enemies, that they can become allies with. Obama isn't really part of the international left because he so involved in wall st. My personal speculation and opinion.

There are true believer Commies, there are Progressive Statists, & there are pragmatic Dictators & their regimes, these are the forms of the left, and I would say True Believers like Ayers & his wife Really believe all the BS; & maybe some of the other two, do also to some extent

Corporatism is a leftism as far as the proper & necessary political spectrum of Statism vs limited govt. goes, Obama's not being a true believer just makes him a progressive statist, he may be pulling a cloward & piven

I knew CAIR was a front group or charity for funding terrorists.

Savage is great to address these issues about radical islam, I wish however that he would stop talking out of both sides of his mouth. On one end he tells us that radical islam must be stopped at all costs and must be defeated before it takes root in any western nation and then he says idiotic things like; "Why are we in Afganistan? "Its just for the defense contracts", our boys are dying for nothing..."

If you are For killing off and conquering stone aged totalitarian guerrilla regimes like the Taliban regardless of their connection to Al Qaeda, You've gotta admit we need a whole new strategy than being drawn into a slow bleed, (& Undermanned Police Action); which is specifically Osama Bin Laden's Plan.

I don't think that Obama's strategy is much good. Personally I think we should just kill or capture Bin laden and then leave. They don't want democracy for the most part, hell most of those tribal areas don't even know what year it is let alone see the government in Kandahar as their own. Your right about a slow bleed. But Savage really should check himself when he says the stuff that he does, rather than say whatever the contrary is just to get listeners.

I've tracked Savage's decline in spirits about the wars & i gotta say it looks genuine to me. Its all about the psychotic Rules of Engagement. Fight a War right, or don't fight it at all.

@asderathos for the most comprehensive read on war I have found check out the 'report from iron mountain' it was a report written in the 60's about the pros and cons of war, and they agreed war is favorable to peace for a productive society. bullshit imo
