It is a absolutely attracting voice which I haven't heard for a long time. It is so different from current singers. I will hear this song repetitively.
One time, some TV network had a marathon of tons of the Celtic Women's songs. It was about 3 hours long. My whole family sat together and watched and listened. It was amazing, these women are beautiful and so talented!
@7Drifloon7...The network you usually see and hear Celtic Woman on is PBS...all of these "concerts" were done for PBS, and the PBS stations use tickets to the live concerts as incentives to get people to donate... All of Celtic Womans DVDs and CDs are available on Amazon . com or at any decent music store...
how come in other countries, singers sound the same in tapes as they are live. But in USA, if you go see someone in concert they sound terrible... ugh, I wish music could just be real.
@DrewGNM depends a lot on what style it is. Metal for example is my favourite genre most of the time, but as soon as the singer is altering his voice to sing, he will not sound even close to the studio version. :) Great effort here though, really outstanding on the vocals!
@DrewGNM...It's the way it's approached in the U.S....It seems that everyone there just wants instant gratification...They don't take the time to produce quality shows...When in the studio they depend on post production tricks to make everything work out..When singing live they can't use those crutches, so the quality of the performance suffers...Fortunately we have CW to remind us of what quality music sounds like whether it's live or recorded....
@Gizmologist09...All is not lost...we love watching "American" TV over here....I caught the finale of "Americas Got Talent" and thought the "winner" was fantasiic...Now I can't remember his whole name name but his first name is Landau...He is a "black" singer in the style of the great "crooners" like Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc...I went back and watched some of the previous episodes and every time he sang it was just like hearing Sinatra or Martin from years ago...So maybe there's hope!

Are you an idiot? I was complaining about a concert being cancelled because of other commitments for filming and other shows. I feel as though they let us English fans down.. There was no mention of any illness about cancelling hte shows in the UK. All I can say is you are a pratt.

Oh my God! Lisa Kelly is phenomenal. Not only is she an "angel in human form", but she IS 'The Voice'. She's my favorite singer, and this is my favorite song (no surprises about that). @Endor67 maybe so, but I'd rather just listen to this woman's amazing voice and appreciate it for its almost ethereal quality rather than look to deeply into the wording. Whenever I do with various songs, it just loses the quality that I find so endearing, rather like explaining to a child that the northern lights are photons in the upper atmosphere, the mystique and wonder is diminished, your view is tainted and that simple wonder is lost.

I have to say, the people who feel the need to give voice to negativity while listening to such amazing songs are either incapable of feeling anything other than hatred of beauty, or they are just jealous that their voices sound like cat claws on a chalkboard compared to this.
I love how all these aren't thoroughly choriographed (sp :P) It leaves them room to truly *feel* their music and and for us to feel it. You can see how they love to sing, preform, and share what they do. You can't help but love and respact them! I stumbled upon this song on accident, I fell in love with it and the Celtic Women because of this song. You can feel magic coursing through it! Truly AMAZING
I hate the fact that everyone "judges" these women by the dresses they wear. Have you been outside lately? Skirts today don't even come up to mid-thigh, dammit. If you want to set a better example of what they "should" wear, then you go out there and put on a show! For the love of God, people, give it a break already.
I love this, but the only thing that could make it better would be a better dress. Seriously, some of the other ones are so much better... less ruffley.
@IntoTheMystical Ah, that depends what you think I mean by 'it'. If I had meant the music, then yes it is incredibly shallow. As it is, I meant the impact of the performance which, while primarily relying on the frankly incredible vocals and band, does depend on the presentation and movement as well. One of the simple gold or white dresses the Celtic Woman have worn before flattered them far more, and so would improve the expierence of watching them, without being shallow.

Lisa fans please do not watch jetueber's videos because he is rude. Whenever he or she makes a video he always puts starring Chloe when in fact most of the time she is not. Also if you see the qvc video description he referred to Lisa as another member of the Celtic woman intentionally. When I tried to post a comment to oppose it he did not let me. I find that pretty unfair to Lisa because she has just as much of an Angelic voice as Chloe does.

@Endor67 maybe so, but I'd rather just listen to this woman's amazing voice and appreciate it for its almost ethereal quality rather than look to deeply into the wording. Whenever I do with various songs, it just loses the quality that I find so endearing, rather like explaining to a child that the northern lights are photons in the upper atmosphere, the mystique and wonder is diminished, your view is tainted and that simple wonder is lost.
Allow listeners to retain that innocence

I appreciate your efforts at humility and honesty. I fully agree with you on the point you were trying to make using the "northern lights" analogy.. the metaphysical experience, the child-like wonder, the Numinous awe, can be diminished by explanations, whereas silent appreciation preserves it.

Besides, life would be boring if everything was the same, I myself am a follower of Buddhist and Spiritualist principles but was bought up with the Bible until I felt another calling.

I have to say, the people who feel the need to give voice to negativity while listening to such amazing songs are either incapable of feeling anything other than hatred of beauty, or they are just jealous that their voices sound like cat claws on a chalkboard compared to this.

I love how all these aren't thoroughly choriographed (sp :P) It leaves them room to truly *feel* their music and and for us to feel it. You can see how they love to sing, preform, and share what they do. You can't help but love and respact them! I stumbled upon this song on accident, I fell in love with it and the Celtic Women because of this song. You can feel magic coursing through it! Truly AMAZING

I hate the fact that everyone "judges" these women by the dresses they wear. Have you been outside lately? Skirts today don't even come up to mid-thigh, dammit. If you want to set a better example of what they "should" wear, then you go out there and put on a show! For the love of God, people, give it a break already.

@IntoTheMystical Ah, that depends what you think I mean by 'it'. If I had meant the music, then yes it is incredibly shallow. As it is, I meant the impact of the performance which, while primarily relying on the frankly incredible vocals and band, does depend on the presentation and movement as well. One of the simple gold or white dresses the Celtic Woman have worn before flattered them far more, and so would improve the expierence of watching them, without being shallow.

Lisa fans please do not watch jetueber's videos because he is rude. Whenever he or she makes a video he always puts starring Chloe when in fact most of the time she is not. Also if you see the qvc video description he referred to Lisa as another member of the Celtic woman intentionally. When I tried to post a comment to oppose it he did not let me. I find that pretty unfair to Lisa because she has just as much of an Angelic voice as Chloe does.
