I am a fan of Brandy's voice, otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time searching for songs that she's recorded and listening to them all, all the way through and giving my honest opinion in comment sections like this. What sounds amazing and different to me is those those Bathroom cover songs she posted on Youtube. If her mom would have let her record in that style throughout the years along with her usual style; she wouldn't be over looked/underrated.

First, let me say that she's got a nice voice but she doesn't really do anything that different. That's why she's "underrated". I wish she become a little more confident in her own abilities as a singer and move on to better writers/producers because Timbalind & Rodney Jerkins are good at writing and producing decent songs, every few years for some artists. I hope she's recorded some good/different/fun songs this time around. Many of the songs from her last few CDs were very depressing.

@StimaBlue She's underrated because most people don't understand what she does differently that sets her apart from the rest...First of all, her tone is like no other...Her voice is very versatile and distinct...if you hear her voice, know it well, you just know that this it's her singing...Second of all, Brandy's harmonies are some of the best in the game. She is a Queen of Multitrack recording for her own voice, and background vocals.

Ive said it numerous times before but to me Brandy is the best female singer at harmonizing. While I don't see this as the lead single for her 6th album, based on this I can tell that this next album will be REALLY good. I am excited to hear what she and Stargate will come up with.
