The first time I heard this I thought the lyrics were a little too simple (childish) for such a well composed melody. I absolutely LOVE this song, but the video honestly sucks. I hate when a song like this one, has SO much story, yet the video does NOTHING to emphasize the story or beauty of the song, and instead resorts to simply showing the band playing. If your music video ONLY shows your band playing, that's laziness on WHOEVER's job it was to make the video.
