That's great! C4D by itself is great, but the module really add up to the whole thing. I would highly recommend having AR as it permits you to have GI, an essential thing for great architectural renders.
Good knowledge of the software really bad knowledge of how life works! Keep up!

Your tile assembly doesnt make much sense... the water is going to flow directly into
the roof insulation ;).

Why not use normal maps? would cut down the poly count enormously.
