There are a ton of free editors and actual free online domain builders out there now. But IMO they all lack the necessary potential. Learn and use wordpress instead. You wil be in the game in a few hours and trust me its much much better than most options, unless you know how to design from scratch.

Also, don't ever use free hosting, it blows. I've found a great deal on how to get free unlimited hosting with Hostgator, by far the best in the business. I''ve uploaded a video on how to.
