  • With this brand new and cool graphics that the weather channel displayed from this broadcast, many TWC fans believe this is when it took a nosedive. In my opinion, however, the nosedive did not begin until July 6th of that near when it was aquired by NBCU!!!!

  • no, it's an actual video wall...about 37 feet long...they have 2 green screens in the new studio, but the lighting on them sucks

  • --Note--

    This was recorded from Dish Network (no HD) but I titled it since it was officially the new launch from the new studio in HD for the ones that got HD. The logo at the beginning says "The Weather Channel / HD" which again is not in HD for me.

  • its from a satellite feed. The LDL did not get updated on the day of the relaunch, it was updated shortly after
