Thanks for posting these!! Its making want to get back on the path..I had started it and fell off but I know I can get back up again and start over! I didnt fall too far back thankfully but far enough back that I know I will need to be nothing but fruits and veggies for about a week (the sugars and soda are my weaknesses lol)
